I have never tried glasur.. I really should... i have however tired VW tons. I have fallen in love with it. Its a great wax for a great price. It can be applied with both an applicator and bare hands.

It leaves the paint really deap, almost like you could walk through it. It is easy to use, yeilds showcar results and ontop of it lasts a long time. I have gotten 6 weeks out of it. That is unheard of in calgary. I personaly found i got 2-3 weeks out of nattys blue....

I love VW and would highly recomend it. If you order right from VW tell them calgary detail sent you,,, david will take care of you ;)

ummm.... thats got me thinking. I havent used sov in a while... I know VW is alot deaper then sov. Like alot deaper. As far as I am concerned soveran adds little deapth.. as for shine. I am going to say they are about par but please dont quote me on that.

Vw red is more about deapth then shine. If you have a dark car (well I like it on light cars as well) deapth looks better then shine.. well atleast in my opion...

The problem is that its all subjective...

well thats just my 2 cents. Nica has used both, perhaps he will tune it when he is online and give is 2 cents

I've used both Victoria Concours (red one) and the Zymol Glasur and the Glasure gives off a nice glow to light colour vehicles where ass the Victoria Concurs (red one) gives incredable deapth to dark colour vehicles, specially red or black. I personally like them both. I've used Victoria Collector (yellow one) on my silver Lexus and it looks sharp. Quite impresed with it, what's also great is the price. The reason I purchased the Zymol Glasure is becuase I detailed my friends Porche and Glasur is made for Porche paint.

<edit> Forgot to say, like Calgarydetail said it's all a personal taste, I my self like to try things out and then I pick the one that I like. I also like having to pick the wax for the particular vehicle. I just like having choices that's all lol.

As for Vintage, I purhcased mine directly from Zymol US. I've been speaking with Diane, don't recall her last name though, oh yea I noticed the price went up a bit...you would expect it to go down a bit becuase of the new wax huh

so Nica, any word. Im really anxious to get mine so I thought I would check wit you, see if you had your yet so I could really worry.

I was lookin gat the CBSA website, it was saying that items over 1600 bucks need a broker to clear, you should get a letter in the mail saying you owe on ths item. I have not recived a letter yet, have you?

im the same way, normaly stuff dosent take this long, ohwell. the part that really bums me out is not the wait but the fact that its snowing and i will have to wait for a chinkook to come in before I can try it... ohh well life goes on.
The only good point to this is that both are taking this long which tells me that there not lost (welli assume this) and its just the item.... but boy do I hate waiting lol...

we;; quick update, I called visa and have launched an investigation. If he cannot prove the wax is on its way with something like a tracking number (which he would not give me) then i get my money back.

so i either get my wax or my money, I just need to wait 4-6 weeks before i find out which.. ohh well atleast im not out the money
