Sorry about the pictures i was playing with iPhoto and ****ed them up

I recently picked up both Griots garage and clay magic clay bar. First off i hated the clay magic. It was hard and tough to work with. It took multiple passes to get bugs and debris off and it started to hurt my hand. The upside is it is available locally though i will never buy it again.

On to griots. At the price of $20 for 8 oz you can't beat that. It felt like a brick compared to the clay magic. I cut the clay bar up into four 2 oz bars. Just like riccardo. The clay was for the most part elastic compared to clay magic and zaino. That is a huge upside. The bar also picked up bigs and debris with the first or second pass. I love this clay and will purchase it again.

I'll have to look into this one. Man, if I could only get my hands on some Riccardo Clay.

Thanks for the review. I will defiantly have to try this clay out. I have tired both Clay Magic blue and Zaino, and didn't really like either of them. Clay magic like you said was too hard and didn't seem like it removed much on the first or second pass. And the Zaino started crumbling and breaking apart on me before I could finish the whole car.

I have used Griot's Garage clay for years. Just love the stuff. One of the few GG products that hasn't been displaced by standard Detailer's Domain products in my arsenal.

If the old Zaino clay from 2000 to 2001 was Riccardo clay, then Griot's is a great substitute.

Thanks for the review. I guess I'm in a rut with clay - I keep buying the Meguiar's stuff because it's so easy to find. I've got more bottles of Quik Detailer than I know what to do with now!
