This is how we do Christmas Dinner at the Carbone house. The main course.. Lasagna. haha i'm not cooking at all!! its the one time of the year i dont mind going to my sister in laws house. turkey, stuffing, pie, no cleaning whoo hoo BTW that looks awesome!

Thst is a lot of lasagna if you can lay the pasta across the smaller dimenstion of the baking pan.....

Since my father is from Italy we always have seafood......shrimp, Linguini w/clam sauce, crab cakes etc. However, my mother is Polish so we also make homemade Pierogies as well.
Lucky, unfortunately I only have them once a year. A good friend of mine makes them once a year and boy are they delicious, always look forward to that one day during the year :thumb:
