Went up for a national convention put on by the GTOAA and POCI (GTO Association of America and Pontiac Oakland Club International). I saw lots of really neat cars. Met lots of really neat people. Had dinner at the Air Force museum on Wright-Patterson Air Force base. Did a little bit of autocross and got rained on. All in all it was a great trip. These are just a few of the pictures I took. Dinner Friday night.
Thats cool...I live about 45 min south of WPAFB. Thats pretty neat how you got to have dinner in the building..never heard of them doing that before.
Cool pics ... I lived in Dayton for several years while I was attending UD. Wright-Pat is a great museum. Seeing the new GTO's with OH plates brings back good memories of the 04 i used to own. You probably are a member of the ls1gto.com forum. Unfortunately my GTO was totaled in nov 06. I miss driving it!!!
To say that the museum is overwhelming is a bit of an understatement. There were a few people from Ohio there with their new GTO's. There are a few of us that are members of this board and ls1gto. Funny how small the car world seems to be from time to time.
