Is 24 hours too long for him to respond? I sent him an email yesterday around lunchtime. He responded about 16 hours later. That's quickly enough for me! Are you guys just pm'ing him here? I send him emails at simondenver_waxit@hotmail.com
In all fairness to Simon I know they had some hassles with the parcel being sent back to him a few times because the postage paid wasn't enough or something. I understand there are bound to be issues along the way but all that I ask is to be kept in the loop so I know what to tell my customers. I have so far told my customers 3 times that it has been packaged and shipped but I am still waiting for the tracking number from Simon so I can see how far along it is. Anyways, lets all keep the faith...I am sure they will be arriving any day now :applause2:
I have my first issue and waiting for the second, as long as they keep getting better I'm fine with it. Start ups always have growing pains and it sounds like the printer thinks the magazine is a joke, which is poor business as far as i'm concerned
By no means is this directed towards you. If the printer does infact shrug this project off why would one still rely on their services?? If its the printers fault there is still no reason for not replying to Emails of concern on a product thats been paid for by customers. I would have gotten a refund along time ago......
I am. It is. Refund? I can't get an email returned. And what really stinks is that I was worried about buying over seas and this isn't helping my fears.:gasp:
When i wanted to order, my email was respondes so quick..in a day i had at least 5 email sent and received..that's why i didn't have doubt to purchase all 4mags straightaway...oh well, this is one hell bad experience to do business overseas, though i didnt have any problems with DD..fiercely, waxit responded pretty quick in other forum. but here?
I e-mailed him several weeks ago about ordering this magazine and still no reply, so I changed my mind about it.
Well regrettably, I've sent several e-mails to Simon and no response either :shakehead: :shakehead: If you guys really want to express your frustration post at Detailing World, there is a thread there he seems to be responding PM's there
To be honest I'm not too sure what's going on with Simon, but I honestly don't think he's ignoring e-mail on purpose. I'm sure the magazine has evolved to a much bigger project then he had originally anticipated which is a good thing but that's just what I think...it would be nice to get some kind of communication though, I mean if he's having some family issues or what ever the matter it would be great to know...well like I said some sort of communication would be great.
