Currently I have turned down 4 Murcielagos, 1 Carrera GT, 3 Ferraris and a couple of AMs simply because I WILL NOT do mobile.

This is just a hobby for me and I dont really want to gunk up and dirty my M5's trunk with detailing supplies just to do some details. But I think Im missing out big....

I would love to have a trailer like D2G, but it just doesnt make sense for a hobby....

    What do yall think? :missy:

On another note, I found myself a minion! Im passing off all my "overflows" to him! yay! And in return he helps me out on the weekends with the details that I do have.

Do you have the time? wife, soon child, fulltime job and school? I think you should let your minion do the extras :D

Im thinking maybe to get HIM to invest in a trailer since I can get him about 5 jobs a week.

Then that way I can just borrow his trailer on the fly when needed.

The reason Im interested is because I've been offered 1k+ to go mobile on some of these cars.

The MAIN reason I want to do this is the PICS I WOULD GET TO POST!!!!!

I may have 2 minions, Jess is going to "help" me this weekend with the detail. It might be more counterproductive than anything....:catfight:

Dude your turning those vehicles down...hell no!!!!

Those are the ones you don't want to pass out bro, those are the cash details :thumb:

Seriously though those are the vehicles you want to be detailing that gets you the reputation you want as a detailer...well that is if you want to take detailing to the enxt level.

See I on the other hand knew I wanted detailing to be taken to the next level and well I'm doing that and if all goes according to plan I'll have my own shop soon. Heck I got severall places to detal and I got the fire shop where I can bring all my details so I'm all set..that and I got some man power to help me out...as I'm not giving up my day job lol.

Well Phil I'd say if you want to take detailing to the next level then I'd go with the trailer..heck get an old beater say a rust bucket Jeep hahaha that's what I did and I load it up with anything it's a beater...I use that to do some mobile deatiling my self...but any who the trailer is a good idea but what's going to pull it?

Well that's just my input on this..bud dude don't pass those vehicle up people that own such vehicles are extremely picky as to who they let detail there vehicles and if they are contacting you to detail them consider your self lucky or take it as a compliment..well that's just me though :2cents:

haha Get a trunk liner for your car and try one out. You sound like you have a lot on your plate, but you should see if you CAN do it (hahhehehe yes Phil that is a challenge.) haha This might be bad for me to be egging you on...but I think you should try it, and see how long it takes you to do a car, and see if you could fit that into your schedule.

If you can swing it do it... keep in mind your home life is about to get real different in awhile right?

Depends what you want to do right now I say right now because it's not like you can't do this after things stabilize if you so choose...

If this were an economical decision I would say go for it, you gotta do what you gotta do but from what I see of you economics are not a reason for you wanting to do these vehicles.

    just my:2cents:

and dust2glory: what so hush, hush about an alternative to a trailer???....lol
