I don't think I'll be able to be around when you're in town Luis, I somehow managed to get a photo shoot job for the 2nd of May with a family friend who owns a photog shop.
Aww, that's too bad. Well maybe during the summertime we'll have something similar to others and have some sort of Detail Fest in NorCal!
Hey there Noah! Yeah, I don't know if you want to even try, haha. I got 3k+ posts in about a year. :thud:
Haha...hmm...physical challenge...!? :chips: Haha...nah. Just cruising around on the interwebz. Like the site thus far.
Yep, it definitely is. You'll learn a lot more about detailing here than you will on AZ. Folks are very helpful here. :thumb:
Yeah. Hope to learn some more about technique and read more product reviews. Also...nice to meet some locals who can share their garage....jk...jk...but seriously though. That would be cool!!! :applause2:
Say hey to another noob from the bay. Anyhow I'm down for a get together when the weather gets nicer.
Yeah I've met up with Denzil before and that was very cool. Down to meet up when I actually know how to polish my car...jk I just gave it my first attempt with my PC and don't think I was very successful. I'm afraid to meet up with such detail critical people. :tiptoe:
Don't be afraid. I'm still new to detailing. The first time I picked up my PC I was scared to use it. It took me several tries before I started to get the hang of it and to start getting better results. I'm far from mastering it but I'm starting to notice what it can and can not do which is giving me the itch to move up to rotary. Hanging around people who know their stuff will only make you better.
If you need some extra help or some pointers on the weekends or something I can offer a lending hand. I read you live in the sunset. I've in the richmond district so I'm only a couple of minutes away.
There you go Noah, you've some help only a few minutes away! I updated my original post so it's a little more organized as to who is where.
denzil, i'm in san francisco near the other guys haha i live in the sunset too. let me know if you guys ever need anything
That's great! I used to live in the Richmond. 21st / Anza...but parking was a nightmare! Worse than the Sunset. Yeah...good to know people local. Show me what I'm doing wrong...! Sounds good. Thanks for the offer.
Tell me about it. When everyone leaves for work there's parking. After like 4pm and on weekends shoot, goodluck. You're pretty much screwed. Even if you happen to find a space people don't know how to park and wind up hitting your car.
