Suggestions to clean this door panel safely?

I currently do not have anything in my collection that is made for fabric, so I haven't even attempted to clean this area yet.

These scuff marks from the previous owner are on the drivers door panel bottom, which is wrapped in a thin fabric, so I am afraid to go at it with a brush in fear of unraveling some threads or "fuzzing it up".

I do have a Bissell portable carpet cleaner (little green model I think) that has a small wand attachment to extract some liquid from this panel if needed.

The speaker grille is plastic (I believe, could be metal, I can't tell) and is obviously painted. I am assuming some APC with a detail brush followed by some MF rubbing would clean the grille?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On the lower door, mist some APC or dedicated interior shampoo on it and gently massage with a MF towel. As for the speaker grill. try some APC on a MF towel. If that doesn't remove it, try some adhesive remover on a MF towel. The Adhesive remover shouldn't affect the grill if it's painted or plastic.
