Sorry for the slow response... I was in Boulder all last week and I've been playing catchup since then.

In my testing it doesn't lay down well under sealant. Its great under wax, but with sealants I'd reserve it only as a topping. I tried it under our Machine Superwax (sealant) as well as under Optiseal and few other sealants I have respect for and none of them liked the glaze underneath.

    Hope that helps!

Curious why the sealent and glaze don't work well together?
    Thanks, Ian

I don't have an official review but I have used it on a black Maxima and a gray Audi TT(both friends that were looking for some quick shine and filling of swirls). It is easy on and off. When I say easy off, I am talking the weight of the towel alone almost removes the product. You literally only need to put slight pressure on the towel to remove it. It leaves all surfaces with a very nice finish and in my opinion makes metallic paints look really nice. It does a pretty good job at hiding minor swirls but if you are looking for a swirl free surface, I would say you are going to need to break out some polish. I can already see that the bottle is going to last a very long time. It only takes a small amount of product to get a nice thin coat on the surface.

Sealants work best when applied directly to the paint. Adding a glaze underneath tends to undermine the durability of the sealant... at least thats been my experience. I've tried it with our Machine Superwax (sealant) Optiseal, and a few others and the results were generally the same in all cases... the area glazed under failed much earlier than the area without. Just seems the product just inhibits the sealants ability to bond.

Since with a carnuba wax you're essentially letting the product 'ride' on the surface it doesn't mind the added product underneath. I would say theres likely a slight downgrade to the 'nuba longevity, but not anywhere near the level observed with sealants.

Great review! Thanks for sharing your input and I'm happy to hear you like it thus far.
