I've been messing with my RC Truck instead. Man it's been a bit of an expensive ride this time. I'm going to have to find something less expensive to occupy my time.

Very nice indeed, I don't see many stock parts on that thing! I do see some swirls on the tail gate though :)

(If anyone is looking for a T-maxx 2.5, PM me :))

    Chassis is a Dace Predator
    Shocks and towers are UE
    Bulks are GA
I'm going to order some UE arms right around my birthday.

I've got entirely too much money tied up in this truck...LOL

A day or so after I bought it I broke some parts. It's been upgrades since then.

I'll get back to you on that. Believe it or not that's only the second body I've painted. Some guys make it look way too damned easy.

Sweet truck, I also have a 3.3 T-Max but haven't used it for a while now. It seems like every time I drive the thing I break something on the thing. My younger brother is real good with hose things and is constantly taking it apart and fixing and upgrading the thing.

OK, a little off topic here. I NEED A HOBBY. Always been into RC trucks when I was a younger. Wouldn't mind getting back into them. Not the battery powered ones though...

What is a good site or catalog I could browse through? Matter of fact, I may go pick up an RC magazine today. I need to occupy my time.....

how much do yah have to spend? lol
it is expensive to keep up with nitro(nitro is like 30+ a gal)

id suggest either a tmaxx 3.3 or a savage(id pick savage cause they are harder to break and they dont need as much in upgrades to make them tuff)

Traxxas.com is a good place if you like the looks of my truck. I'd say stay away from UnlimitedEngineering.com unless you're ready to spend a bunch of money. Actually the truck that budman has isn't a bad place to start. It sounds like I'd needs a $20 part to get running.

When I was younger I had a really nice Kyosho buggy. Been wanting something cool to race on the streets lately...

    Very nice truck!

My brother buys a lot of stuff from towerhobbies.com, and a local RC store.

Support your local hobby store as much as possible.

Well it looks like in about an hour I'll be able to fire the truck up (have to charge the battery for the EZ start).
I'm going to have to teach my boys how to drive so I can get video of the truck.
