So I packed the box for Pirex.... and off to the UPS store I went. I get there and it was a new girl. :eyebrow: She explains she had never done a customs box before, (her supervisor was at lunch) plus I didn't have his postal code. But she thought it was going to be over 100.00 US dollars to ship to Norway. She suggestions I put everything in a smaller box. I come home, take the brushes apart pack the heck out of a box and go back. The supervisor was there and tells me it will be 245.00 with one delivery method or 230.00 was my other choice. After I pick my @ss up off the floor, :thud: I go to the post office and for 65.70 I ship the box to Pirex! :applause2:
I should have went back to the UPS store and given them both a :kick2: or at least said  But  I am too nice! :giggle:
Oh I almost forgot I marked it as a gift and said it was a vaule of 17.50 :thumb:

Daaaaaaaaamn, UPS is sick expensive to Norway. One time I checked prices on tboth ups and usps. Ups wanted over 200 dollars, and usps wanted 80 dollars.

Can`t understand why UPS are so freaking expensive!!

Thanks for that super deal Rocco :D I would be some expensive brushes with 240 dollars for shipping :p

    You are the man!!

UPS charges a lot on international shipping. Consider it as your LAST OPTION.

I have come to the point where anything inside Canada I want shipped UPS, but anything from outside Canada I NEED shipped USPS.

Sneek I am glad you said that. I was starting to wonder if I could have saved Nica some money, if I would have checked out USPS.

Yea I've sent pirex a few things and every time I send him something I cringe :scared: because most of the times it's so frigin expensive to ship to Norway...okay I understand it being far away but come on even for me to ship back home it's not that expensive  oh well such is life but good job Rocco on getting pirex a better deal.

Oh and yea I normaly dont bother paying attention to shipping costs anymore, I got used to bending over and taking it now hahahahahahahaha :acry2: :acry2: on a serious note yes USPS is much better for us Canadians.
