I would think it's legit. They've been testing for a while now. Obama's first visit to a foreign country is going to be Canada. He's keeping the tradition that Bush never did.

Honestly, he should have chose a Kia.. no jk. But I think Cadillac is good. He had a choice of any automaker in the world. He probably chose caddy. because it's American, and isn't to flashy. Where as if he chose Bentley, I think that wouldn't have been appropriate. That would have just pissed off more tax payers.

I think there are actually 3-4 presidential limos per President to accommodate back to back trips and such. Obama's doesn't seem all that different compared to Bush's other than being newer with the added technologies.
