I got a free sample of Optimum car wax and got a chance to try it today on my own personal car. Let me start off by saying that this is easiest wax to apply I have ever used. Period. You simply spray it onto the surface and wipe right away. No more buffing or wax residue in the cracks and crevices. It does not stain trim and can be actually applied to exterior rubber/plastic. Its also great for waxing wheels being a spray wax. As far as looks go it gives you a nice wet look because it is a mix of carnauba and polymers. Another thing I noticed was that it leaves the surface super slick. I could not believe how easy my hand slid over the paint. The bottle also says it lasts up to five month's. Even if it lasted for a month I would still use it because it takes literally 5-10 minutes to wax the whole car. Because of OPT car wax I no longer have any desire to use traditional waxes. This is a real time saver and once again Optimum has delivered. I highly recommend Optimum Car Wax and will be purchasing more in the future.

I guarantee you wont. The one thing I have noticed with all Optimum products is that they are easy to use and simply work. My paste waxes will now be collecting dust.
Not surprising, but it doesnt last too long. Gets through 2-3 weeks realistically, while over a month would be pushing it in some conditions. No disrepect to OPT but Gtechniq C2 is where my money is going. 1 coat 6 months, QD (dillution) top ups make it go almost forever. But I still need to put it though the test.
I don't know that you can really make that comparison, imo they are totally different products for two different needs. Sent from my HTC Vision using Tapatalk
Yeah, you are right. Opti-Seal is a better comparison. But C2 as a QD only lasts a month so its about even between them.
