I like to try and use the best products for work. for years I used mainly autoglym super resin and also the liquid hard wax. Since then I picked up a maguiars catalogue and every time i order I order a few new polishes to try out. the following products all say 'mirror glaze' and 'PROFESSIONAL' on them and i order from trade catalogue. 66 quick detailer : (green in colour) This is what I use for an every day polish, I find it just as easy to use as the super resin but I also find a bit more reflection, less dust and a lot more longevity. 21 synthentic sealant: (purple in colour) instead of using hard wax i've been putting a layer of this on my clients vehicles. It generally looks nice and recently i've had a few customers telling me their car is looking cleaner for longer which I can't really fathom out, i'm not sure if it's coincidence or if it really is that much better than the autoglym. I also bought... 7 show car glaze (same colour as t cut) this is a carnuba based polish i believe. I've only tried it a few times, once i put it on the one panel i found it a bit smeary and it was hell to remove so that's been the last i've used it so far. I also use a hard wax which is creamy colour and smells like mini milk icecreams. it's very thin and can even be sprayed on. it looks fantastic as soon as you do it but i found there was very little longevity. have any of you guys heard of the above products and if so what are your views? cheers
Hi stevolution, meguiars is a good product too. i used some of their product. I am satisfied with their polishing product, but not quiet with their waxes. my opinion is just ordinary... You must try P21s concours, its worth every cents. Or you might want to try Autoglym HD Wax (my next wish list). BTW no. 7 is not a LSP, its only a glaze (pure polish).
Autoglym products are very good. If you want to try something new, get ahold of Rich at polishedbliss.com. He's in your neighborhood and can set you up with some great new products like Werkstat, Meguiars and Poorboys.
