So I get the Escalade (Ink) squared away a little after lunch today. I was thinking I would have the rest of the day off, especially since it has been raining all day :applause2: But I was WRONG :thud: Phone rings, Its a Good Customer. He appologizes for calling on short notice, but He is getting his Daughter a New Car. And has a Buyer from work wanting to buy his Daughters car Tonight. :yikes: Mind you its 12:30p :duh: when He calls and the Buyer would like to pick it up at 7:00p :duh: Anywho I get the car to the House Spend 2 hours sorting junk,washing, engine,jams,wheels & wells. I get the car washed and pulled in the garage. About this time I here the Sirens coming on. I flick the tube in the garage to tune into the local weatherman. I here him jabbering in the background :bla2::bla2::bla2: Whilst I commence to Clay :giggle: The rain stops completely, skies are lookin crazy, wind stops....Ruh Ro :help: Whilst I'm Claying the Bonet I here the weatherman say>>> "This area here is were we are expecting it to hit..." This catches my eye .....The Map he is Zeroing in on is My House :yikes: O.K. I don't freak out about 2 much, but this concerns Me. :shead: I continue to Clay, after all I've got a Deadline to Meet, and this things Hammered. Suddenly things Start to pick-up Heavy Rain and Winds(92mph) Well it bypassed Me, but Tore up about a 1/2 dozen houses just blocks away.The News Crews have been going bonkers, there saying as many as 6 Tornados have hit Memphis and the surrounding area. Lots of Damage, but not a shingle out of place here....Thank You Sweet Baby Jesus :worship2::worship2: So I guess thats about it for now, How was your Day? :giggle:

Yea, I actually kinda like Tornado Weather/Storm Chasers as long as no one is killed or nothing to bad is damaged. Good that nothing happened Flash. I remember my first hail storm after moving to SC. I freaked out as it looked like the heavens had unloaded baby golf balls all over the place and they were bouncing off of my windows, sounding like they were going to break through. Fortunately I was spared as well... :thud:
Jesus imagine going to pick up your freshly detailed car, and the garage is just straight up ripped off the house it was getting detailed at, while you find your car two houses away lodged through a roof. Glad to hear your ok flash :mounty:
