Just curious Mindflux, what was the purpose of this thread? It's borderline if not close bang on adding more fuel to a fire that I wished to contain. So I need to know the purpose of this thread, I do hope there were no double meaning with this thread because I can only tolerate so much! In addition, I really don't see the humor behind this, it's simply to close to the thread I had to deal with which involved you!

So please explain your self via PM or else I'll just have to close this thread.

Personally I think its very funny. People need to lighten up a touch and find a sense of humor in this extremely sensitive society we live in today. Life is way to short to travel through it being overly serious and not have a laugh or two along the way even at your own expense and I'm pretty sure that is the intent of this thread.

While I agree, a sense of humor is great.. This post seems to be taunting and inflamatory at best considering the debacle the OP was involved in regarding mixing products.

This was written in part to lighten the mood and also show folks that indeed, you can create something woefully splendid if you just open your mind to it. If you read the first post again you will see that it was written in an instructional manner and states that it's purpose is to make something out of the ordinary, but most importantly fun I fail to see how this is inflamatory OR taunting?

I didn't call it "A Guide to breaking free of your by the book tendencies". That could be taunting and inflamatory if that were the case.

I understand that it could be seen as that but I'm pretty sure he's trying to make light of said thread and the entire situation. But hey this isn't my forum so my thoughts on the subject are probably insignificant. I just call it as I see it.

Well if a title change is all it needs to be considered taunting and inflamatory I would consider it just that.....

We may as well say "If you typed something completely different in what I just quoted you above it could be construed as attacking" then. The point is what I wrote wasn't inflamatory, just like what you wrote above (quoted) was not attacking. The original intent is completely different from the intent if you TRY changing the meaning.

That sort of thing makes all the difference in ones intent. There are a lot of things that have been said and written throughout the history of the world in which if your were to change a word here or there would change the entire direction of the intent of the writer. But I digress as we are getting off topic.

Come on flux... let’s not insult each others intelligence here...

The way it was written was clearly done so to taunt and hopefully bait....

The way "to your taste" was underlined and the way the word "mix" was bolded clearly shows your intent..

I have zero allegiance to anyone here.. If the other member that you were engaged with would have started something like this I would have called him out on it as well... why you may ask, out of respect for Nica and this forum!

It is also clear that by the responses from other members to your thread I was not the only one that saw your intent...

Come one flux, you know your intent.... I don't want to start anything here and I didn't plan on posting in this thread but after seeing your response after Nica's post, I had to say something

Not everyone likes chocolate milk at the same potency level, and indeed you do have to mix otherwise you'll simply sip off most of the chocolate nearly immediately and that wouldn't be a very good how-to would it? Again it was nothing more than instructional to show that things items that the sum of the parts is better than each one individually.

I guess its human nature to expect the worst of someone even when you're trying to be funny while poking fun at yourself. I can't believe (or maybe I can...) people don't see the humor in this. Look he's obviously making fun of the thread and everything that took place in it including himself.

Well it seems that the drama just continues, perhaps this thread was meant as humorous, but like I would have to agree with Deep Gloss' comment, it's border line insulting.

It's now the chocolate part, it's the mixing and how it was implied.

Mindflux, I'm not one to ban members here at Detailing Bliss but please :beg: don't push it, just leave the mixing thing alone and that goes for everyone else here. I undertand it was meant to be funny, but like I said it came accross as something else, perhaps not done on purpose but it did. I've noticed that Superbee started that M105 thread and I'm glad that it at least "seems" to be a bit civilized, I hope it continues that way.

Any who, Mindflux as I've expressed before, I really don't like drama and even though I do my best to keep it to a minimum here, it still acts up but just remember when ever drama comes up it always leaves a foul after taste. What I'm trying to say is please don't add any fule to the fire or else I'll have to do something I don't really want to. I will now be closin this thread. I do hope tha the next thread you start has something relevant to Detailing.
