Miracle Detail in Hong Kong - Ferrari 599 detail.

No, its his garage, fits about 4 cars, but it was 32c in there today, and the paintwork and polishes were playing games bigtime. The 599 was in such a state, took me 12 hours non-stop to get it too a level I was happy with, bit more polishing tomorrow, then its a few layers of Crystal rock, then its onto the 1 series!!

Thanks J Bell, video is just uploading to youtube, although I didn't have much time to get the camcorder and camera out as much as I would of liked, but then I only have 3 days to get this and the 1 series done. Can't say its much fun polishing in 32c temperature!!!

 

looks like there wouldn't/couldn't be much of a breeze in that hole your in.

The client is very happy indeed, but he hasn't seen it with Crystal rock on yet!!

 

Looking good Paul. Did you just have your detailing supplies shipped out there Paul or are you working with totally brand new equipment/supplies?

 

I send most of it out here, and the rest was in my suitcase, like my Makita, Crystal rock, paint depth gauge, camcorder and camera!

Client supplied a halogen lamp, buckets, hose and extension lead.

 

wow....... Paul, what if your client signed up for the maintenence package.........
Then you will need to travel to HK regularly......

And i am sure, if you can capture the HK market, it would be marvellous!!

 

I wonder how his girlfriend would feel about that..

I can't even imagine being flown about the world to detail, but for Super Cars I guess it is worth it!

Paul that car looks 1 million times better! I have always wanted to know if you ever save and clean your applicators and microfiber or pitch them away because your work is so high-end? Thanks and I cannot wait to see more pics.
