How did such a new car, that has been garaged and generally cared for be that bad?

 

In one word? Ferrari. They don't leave the factory at the standard they should. Check the exhibition room and show and shine on the ferrari details done by members here. A lot of the paint is trashed right from the factory.

I was kind of thinking the same... whats a $50 tripod when you've flown someone out of country to detail their Ferrari.
