During my recent purchase from phil at the great site of Detailersdomain he included a sample of lusso oro. Well today i applied the wax to the hood of a vehicle to see if the wax was to my liking. I honestly have to say, of all the waxes that i have tried and still have, lusso definately runs with the best of them. The shine is great, similar to pinnacle soverign, very similar. If anyone whom is reading this and is looking for a good wax lusso is a good, under-rated wax, though i cant describe the durability just yet. Lusso has definately found a price on my shelf, because of its looks and price. Wow that all i can say about this product is wow!! Two thumbs up Lusso and two for you as well Phil!!!

It's definitely a nice wax! I haven't used it in a while, but I should...

Glad to hear good things about Lusso. I have a pot that I picked up from Phil and haven't used it yet. I was originally going to top off my Collinite 845 with some Lusso for the winter but I was pretty pleased with the shine I got from the 845 by itself. I think I will save the Lusso for some better weather.

I like lusso as well, it is a very easy wax to apply and even easier to buff off the car. Leaves a great shine and depth.

Lusso is definitly underated, I did feel like it doesn't last as long as I would like during the hot summer days but I'm a little nuts when it comes to durability. I did find that using Collinite first then topping it with Lusso last a long time and shines great

Are we talking about the same wax? The jar I have smells good, but that's it - it's a be-othch to apply (hard as a rock), hard to remove, and looks average, lasts average . I've got a practically new jar, used on 1 hood, that I'm hoping to trade to a fellow detailer that enjoys crappy hard to use waxes.

It's a great wax. I have narrowed down my nuba's to:

    Lusso Oro
    RBOE
    Supernatural

    For synthetics, I have 845 and 476.

a base of 845 with a top coat of lusso is outstanding.

I agree. 845 with a Lusso topper is a great combination.

Lusso Oro is a very nice wax. I also have their shampoo, and it is very nice as well...

are you sure you're using it correctly? you don't want it to set up you apply and remove with in 30 sec to 1 min.

also its hard as a rock because its got a ton of carnauba in it.
