    haha thanks, i as board of the stig.. reminded me t much of the 13yrold detailer on DW.. decidedi needed a change.. had htis on my comp.. i need to change it agian.. its so flashy..

    my preferred method of applying a white carnauba is by hand ;)

    How do you do it Phantom...any trick that you use? How do you get it to apply as thin as possible that was challenging for me when I first started applying by hand, now I'm okay but it depends on the wax I'm using. If it's an expensive wax I'm abit more carefull to apply as thin as possible but if it's a reasonable prices wax I don't hold back and slap on as much as I want hahahaha :whistle:

    you can only apply so much at a time. anything more than thin amounts just gets wasted in the buffing process.

    This is what I do. i scrape out a small chunk, and place it on a small dish. I then take a plastic butter knife, and cut off a small amount, smaller than your pinky nail. and rub it into my palm till its competely "buttered up" I then apply it in straight smooth lines going down the car, blowing hot air onto my palm to "re-warm" the waxes that may have dried up on my hand, to make it go further.

    I can get about half a panel per "half a pinky nail" amount
