I know everyone is probably saying you have a dewalt 849 rotary why would you get a PC? Since at my job I'm working with retards they always tend to damage the buffers and PCs so two days ago one of my coworker so how cut the power cord and tried to be McGuyver and wire it back together again with no success turning on. I told my supervisor that it's never gonna work again and if I could have for spare parts (I never own one before so it's a lie). He gave me the thumbs up and I took the PC to Ace Hardware got a brand new cable for it. 50 bucks later....... Also purchased some Meguiar things to try out from Autozone in their clearance bin lol
I just found a local shop that sells 3M pads for my dewalt buffer......I wish it was the UK version but I guess it's better than nothing. I want to try the Meguiar's Soft Buff 2.0 pads which is one of the 2009 Products cause I've heard good things about it.
Great haul, nothing wrong with the PC...besides the vibration, I just couldn't stand the vibration so I moved on to the rotary (Metabo and Makita :thumb Enjoy the PC, it's not a bad tool it will work great on plastic trim (bumpers).
I can't wait till my backing plate for the PC comes in so I can try it out. I'll see what you mean by vibrating once I get a chance to use it.
