Congrats Piet! House looks great and I really love the screened in porch. When we built our house thats one thing we were sure we were going to do even if we had to do without the garage:yikes:. Whew glad that didn't happen and we got both but you will love it, I know we do. Looks like some good quality work went into this one! Very very happy for you and the missus!

Excellent. Really nice place and looks like a great neighborhood too. I wish I could have built my garage. This way you can do it to your likings. Make sure you go with a tall ceiling so you can add 4 post lifts down the road so you can fit all of your cars in there. Maybe a wash bay (not sure you will need one in Texas like we do up here in the NE). In this day and age it is getting harder and harder for the average guy to buy a house. I would never make it if I was just starting out. You are very lucky.
Congrats Piet!! You will love owning your house. I have had mine for two years and love it. Only one thing wrong with owning a house. The yard work and landscaping takes away from detailing time.:shead: Looks really nice the way it is and I am glad you will be able to have a garage added. My truck will not even fit in my garage even when it was completely empty. :doh: Mine also came with a fire pit:campfire:. Really nice when it gets cool and start it up and fire up a cigar also.
That's great P1et. It will be nice to have more tax right offs next year. Builing up equity in a home is a great way to increase your wealth. Now was a great time to buy a house.
