Always use it as a drying aide.

TIP: I put a surgical/medical face mask over the air intake to filter out any stray particles of dust or grime before I blow them on to my paint at 100 mph!

Are you guys drying indoors with these? I imagine most of our garages are pretty darn clean but do you ever worry about kicking up dust?

yeh i dried inside our warehouse which is hospital clean

but even then, especially on my wheels, i angled it downwards so as to not blast up any dust onto the surface

i actually bought a couple medical masks from the chemist, going to attach one

The CG JetSpeed stopped working on me and I didn't use it that much so I wasn't gonna buy another one. Bought a Weed Eater 200+ mph leaf blower and found it to be way too bulky to move around the car and not as effective as the specs would suggest.

Finally caved in and bought a Metro Air Force Blaster (4hp blower model only) and it is really great. I can't get the car completely dry with it, but I can quickly get the bulk of the water off...it's especially great to blow water off the wheels/wheel barrels/tires/wheel wells, and to hit the door jambs to eliminate any water spotting in there. A QD and a WW microfiber take care of any remaining water.

The best way to dry is to fill up the foam gun/cannon with a couple ounces of DP Rinseless or ONR, spray the car down and just towel-dry. It makes drying a breeze.
