That's the kind of thing JL and I were talking about towards the end of our visit there. They could have one person - I dunno, maybe me :applause2: - "on call" for the cars that really need to look great. Like the first new Z4 in the state, or the Rolls, and so on.
the problem with dealers, at least around here is they require the detailer to detail 4 cars a day. My father is the General Manager at a local BMW store and i have had this conversation with him. He has seen a few of my details and said that he wished his detailer could do that kind of work. One day while i was visiting him i decided to go and talk to his detailer. Turns out that he knows how to detail correctly he is just not allowed the time. He said that he does not have the time to care about the cars they just need to look shiny. I then went and looked at his personal car and sure enough he knows what he is doing because his car looked great.
