Oh don't worry. I will take pictures and do a write up. I'm so excited I really can hardly sit still.

How much does it reduce the throw?

That looks like a nice piece. My car already came with a Hurst shifter but I'm getting a shorter stick for it.

After driving it last night, the throws are dramatically different. They are shorter and more precise. Course I found out why my stock shifter was a bit difficult.

It's much nicer than the stock piece. The only thing I've noticed is that I hear more road noise now than I did before. That really doesn't bother me because I've got a radio and headers. :D

This is what the stock shifter looked like after 52,000 + miles.

I'll get some pictures of how the new shifter sits in the car later today.

Sorry guys no pictures today. I spent some much needed time with some other friends. I can tell you this, you can't tell that I've changed the shifter. I've got it set at stock height. I'll take some pictures of my dirty interior for you tomorrow when the sun tries to come out.

It's really too bad that you can't display your short shifters. I know I would've wanted to display my Steeda Tri-Ax.

Once Cobb comes out with their double-adustable shifter, it's mine!

How much more fun is it to drive?!?! :applause2:

In one word LOTS. I seriously considered trying to find a clear shift boot. the only down side is that there is a white insulator that covers the shifter. It's truly a shame that you can't display the workmanship and quality of some shifters.
I'm going to clean up my stock shifter and let people look it over at my next car club meeting.

Congrats, nice looking shifter. Looking forward to see it in the GTO. I have to ask, what the heck does your title mean? Is that in English?

I have a bit of a twisted sense of humor. A couple other forums that I frequent have users that don't seem to like to use proper English or punctuation when they post messages.

Okay so today I managed to get a couple of shots of the shifter installed in the car. I have to admit that the new shifter doesn't sit as high as the stock shifter. In all of the pictures the car is in first gear.

I know, and believe me the way the insulators are there's no way to show it off even if a clear shift boot existed.
