Wow! That wax coat is gonna last about 20 years on her car! Wish I'd thought of that.

 

Damn that sucks. It's kinda like a bite your tongue and drive out to the middle of the woods, scream for an hour and come back scenario.

The bad thing is no matter how thick you apply, it's the same thing. The excess is just being wiped off. In her case, ALOT of wax is on the towels.

 

I hope you learned your lesson:

Buy Vintage, it's refillable....LIFETIME.

 

Save these towels, heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds, then apply wax to car.

 

I gave my sister ONR, clay and my 3oz working jar of Royale. She used the whole quart of ONR, 2 pounds of clay and most of the Royale. This was all applied to a PT Cruiser. My only afterthought was, Gratitude. Yes I was grateful that she did not let the Royale set up before she wiped it off. Vintage and Royale need to be applied very thin to polish off with only reasonable effort. I was actually pretty pleased with the end result. :loud: :support: :applause:

well at least you know ur moms car is sealed for like a year! but that's..probably including all the weather stripping and moldings?:doh:

you can consider your wax as babysitting fee's .. lol

but it's always nice to have otc stuff laying around, or some spray ons:thumb:
