Dana is right! I saw this thread and was like WTF? I laughed when I saw the date. Thanks for all the good wishes however, it never hurts to send positive vibes out to someoone.

Ive been there as well, ive had my back lock up on me as to where i could not even get up off the bed. I invested in a Tens machine, the device physical therepists use for electo muscle stimulation. Cost me 50.00 and ill tell you it is one of the best investments I have made. I works wonders on the lower back.
