How many of you have a business name?

the monthly fees are not that high in most banks anyways for small businesses. You can get something along the $6 mark for a few transactions.

 

Side gig, DBA, sole-proprietorship registered in NY, no insurance, free flashplayer website, cards, Discover card business account, do mostly friends, family and co-workers.

 

inyadreems - just some free advice but please consider converting your website from Flash to an html 5/javascript equivalent. Potential customers using iPhones or Macbooks will not be able to see your website properly because they do not support flash. You can go over to a Wordpress type site for free and it will render properly on all devices.

+1 To wordpress for building your website. Its really easy and can look great on the cheap

 

That reminds me, being a supporting member, can I make a "check out my website" thread asking for thoughts about the design without breaking the rules?

 

I built my website with weebly and it was really easy. I was able to go into the HTML text and change a few things that bugged me (mostly color schemes) which was a fun feature.

Dirty, I don't think there's a problem with that since it's not to promote yourself and it's just to get constructive criticism. I did it and it was fine, I even asked the mods in private before going ahead and doing it.

This is what i need, i have a full time job and do mostly co-workers, friends, family on my days off, but i kind of want to be more legit, ive designed a business card and have a name in mind that i havent seen used in GA yet.
