was thinking over the past couple of weeks with the holidays going on and all the awesome sales going on, that a lot of us probably picked up a good amount of goodies recently, whether they be presents we received or stuff we bought for ourselves because of the great sales going on.

post up pics of your "Holiday Hauls" and/or a list of what you've picked up over the holidays this year! merry christmas, happy holdays, and a happy new year to everyone :thumb:

I got myself A line of different Pinnacle products along with a Foam gun to match the foam cannon that I got about a week or so ago. My wife ended up getting me 45 Micro Fiber Towels. The one's that are 16 X 24 White w/the red satin trim the ones that Auto Geek had for a while. A while back. I Finally got some MF Towels...:thumb:

I didn't get any detailing stuff, mostly because I didn't have anything on my list. I'm pretty well stocked at the moment. Either that or all the stuff I'm really coveting is just excessively expensive (extraction machine, PTG).

I did get this though - something I've been coveting for quite some time:

All-Clad 12" stainless steel, aluminum core fry pan. I'm phasing out my collection of (mostly rubbish) non-stick, and replacing with stainless and enameled cast iron.

Dude, that's strong!!! I just went down a similar path on the cookware. My wife wanted some new cookware for Xmas after her non-stick stuff was cracking up and all scratched. Decided to go stainless steel. That All-Clad is some top end stuff. We aren't quite as high-end and ended up with some Calphalon Contemporary Stainless Steel 10 pc. set. Very nice!!!

I can't wait to use it! Yeah, it's a bit pricey at about $135 I think. But I figure I'll use it for the rest of my life, probably every other day or so, and it's guaranteed forever. And I don't have any sets - this is my only All-Clad piece. Got some Le Creuset and some Calphalon in the mix too.

You guys will love the Calphalon stuff - it's well made. I've got one of their anodized aluminum "Everyday" pans, and it's great.

To me, cookware is much like detailing stuff. Half the fun is trying new things.

I could probably start a thread in Off Topic about kitchen gear...sorry Nica...

I got a small, rather unexciting order from DD.

    (3) 4" PFW pads
    (3) 6.5" PFW pads
    (3) 5.5" Green LC pads
    Gallon of ONR

More necessities than "fun" products, but I know they will see good use.

Aside from all the stuff I bought myself, I got 2 things I wanted for detailing.

    1) Brinkmann dual krypton for paint inspection. From GF's parents. I asked specifically for dual xenon, but they got me this one. Don't know if there is a performance difference between them.

    2) Bissell LGM proheat. Can't wait to try it out :D
