You should buy some Duragloss Leather Conditioner, I really like it...

What does WMF compare to? What kind of a product is it? I cannot tell from the CG website...

OH :D that one... I might get one of those, well either the chemical guys one or excel detail. Here's the Excel Detail one http://www.prestostore.com/cgi-bin/store.pl?ref=exceldetail&ct=29280&pd=133820 pretty cheap! 11 bucks is really not bad at all :D. I have one Supreme, one Titan Jr, and one Erasure. Supreme is actually an nice towel but it's not thick. It's really soft and has a lot of fibers per square inch. I was using this to buff off wax. It seemed to work well. Erasure seems more like a Wal Mart towel, so don't waste ur money on that. The Titan Jr is like a fluffy a$$ blanket lol. The Supreme and TItan Jr had tags though, the only drawback... I was surprised the cheapest one, the Erasure had NO tag but it's the least favorite towel for me.

You guys get me interested in some CG MF towels...
But I really hate to pay tax and to pay for shipping (last time I ordered XXX wax, and M-Seal, wasn't impressed by either on). On all orders from AG I don't pay tax, and I don't pay shipping.:)

I HATE the tax :(. That's why I love AG, no tax and free shipping for 75 dollar orders! Well for CG the low price of the towels will make up for it I believe :D and plus their gallon items are so cheap, with the exception of some items.

P1et you made me put those yellow and black MFs that you rave about on my list. I thank you but my bank account does not :p.

Yeah those yellow and black MF are the best in my opinion as well. P1et helped me a lot when making some of my earlier CG orders.

I can't really tell you for sure what it does :p. I can say that it makes an absolute incredible shine! I would sort of compare it to an amped up glaze. I recently did a black Monte Carlo SS that I had detailed back in June. I thought the paint looked pretty good so decided to try the WMF as sort of a pre-JetSeal cleaner to see if I could see a difference. Man I did a spot on the hood and the difference between the two blacks was amazing. The spot I did made the rest of the hood look old! Sort of like when you go to get new shoes and you don't think you really need them until you put one on and compare it to the old one that you thought looked pretty good. The section I did honestly looked like it had just been painted!

I can only imagine what that Black Diesel would look like with a layer of WMF followed by a layer of JetSeal :righton:!

To this day I do not know how to describe WMF... From what Paul said, its got VERY VERY light cleaners that doesnt strip anything.

All I know is that I like it :p

That is interesting. So you use it before you put on a sealant?

Any can you use it at any step? Before wax, after sealant, etc.?

Yea before a sealnt. OrngeZ likes it as LSP.

Let's have OrangeZ chime in on the CG towels!!! I have read that some of their lower end towels weren't anything to write home about though.

welll..guess i should chime in :) ....so the CG towel lineup...they actually sell the Autogeek extra large guzzler for like 10-15 dollars cheaper than what autogeek sells it for...its not listed on the website but they have it at the shop...it even has a sticker on it that calls it the guzzler and even says from Autogeek.net hahaha

    their waffle weaves

    http://www.chemicalguys.com/product_p/mic_703_01.htm

are basically a smaller version of the "guzzler" and doube as great glass towels...they also sell a dark blue waffle weave towel that has no silk edging on it...

    http://www.chemicalguys.com/Window_Cleaner_Microfiber_p/mic_701_01.htm

but i like my 1.99 two pack of waffle weave towels from walmart that i use for windows only....the low end microfiber towels sold at CG are the same ones you can get over at Costco in a 36 pack for like 12.99..

..now......there are three towels over at CG that I LOVE using....

    http://www.chemicalguys.com/Microfiber_towel_p/mic_801_02.htm

the micro banded ones that are yellow/black are pretty much the same as the autogeek cobra jrs...the silk banded ones are the same towel with just a silk edge ( i prefer the silk edging but some may not like it...i feel the towel feels "flatter" when i wipe things down)...they both do the same job and just come down to preference....i usually cant decide which one to use so i just buy both :)

and i like the "no bunch, edgeless" towels for final polish and wax removal on those days that for some reason my normal towels just cant get it off, they are the same as the Autogeek "indigo" mf towels....the best part of CG is their mf prices are pretty much the best around

...they have a new towel the "el gordo" which is the same towel as the new cookie monster towel by eshine...and once again the price is amazing on these towels...and i am sure they will turn into my new towels for washing with CG ONE and ONR as the pile on them looks super thick to help scoop in turn and keep marring and scratches to a minimum....i just need to get them silk edged or micro banded along the edges....

I am with you on the silk edge on the towels Orangez, for some reason they feel safer to work with.

If this statement is true than the price for the towel is excellent. I love my Guzzler WW. Nice tip on the towel. Wish I did not have one already.

I am completely agreeing with FMINUS on this one. In fact, it's BETTER because it's SOFTER!!!

Thanks OrngeZ for the info! I have been eyeing CG towels and have heard that CGs are actually identical to AG's towels. It's so sad they are amazingly cheaper than AG's...well it's a good thing hahah.
