So as I buy more lsp and wine, I figured I need to start getting a cooler for aging them wine and maintaining the lsp. Anyone got some good budget recommendations? I'm looking to vintage about 6 red wines and probably a few of my Chardonnays but theyre not really a vintagable wine so maybe a few Sauternes. Australian port maybe too. Oh so many choices
I have a small collection myself. I looked at the budget fridges from Home Depot/Lowes that were $250-300. Some of the reviews were terrible. I went with a subzero. The wine i was putting into the fridge is worth 10 times the price of a budget fridge. I cant afford to restock if the fridge goes down one weekend in the summer (and Im not around) and my wine goes to poop. Just my 2 cents.
