I tried pm'ing you last week but have yet to receive a reply

My order 22176 (Total $116.71 CA) placed on 12th July hasn't left Canada yet according to the tracking number you provided me CC162802185CA and im starting to get worried

An order i placed with Ken on 28th July has already left Canada using the same shipping company

Can you please chase this up for me, or advise how i can from Australia?

i know

something's up, according to CanadaPost tracking it's just been sitting at the depot in Canada for a month

 

if you don't get something within a week and a half call the eshine hotine listed on their site, packages do get lost from time to time, its pretty rare with canada post but it could happen

 

im in Australia....i was hoping a pm and now this thread could do the same thing in alerting eshine

 

did you email Chris, Erin and Diane about your order?
they have always reply my email the next day, but lately, chris haven't reply me of my emails yet.
