you also doesnt necessarily have to use SIP if you have to..Make sure you check light polish FF or FA if this doesnt cut after few passes then step up to IP then if not SIP etc etc... so ASSESS your paint before you attack....

Sure is. It's not the best soap for carnauba LSP, but if you have a sealant as LPS, it rocks!
I like it my daily driver, which is sealed with DG #105.

P1et: The CarQuest at 183 and Ohlen (used to be a Vans) has it. $22.39. They can also transfer it to a different store if you are closer to another one.

I thought I had read that F&CS was more like Z8 than Z6. I could be mistaken though.

FC&S is sorta like the Z6 and Aquawax is Sorta like the Z8..Z8 seems to be a little more concentrated has a bit more gloss to it ..but the price difference over looks makes AW a bit ahead...

If you want to stay on a lite budget get AW..want to splurge get Z8....both fine products...

OK..501 is not a pre wax cleaner..its a cleaner/sealant...and very durable at that...it is a Marine sealant thats made for in the water..so its very durable on its own...

901 IS wax safe...its PH neutral as I was told and will not remove wax or sealants...it far from being a harsh soap....you want harsh soap get NXT...901 does not contain acids or alkalies like some soaps do...so its very mild on the LSP ..even wax....

Thank you Al for introducing me to Duragloss products ,I asked a friend of mine who travels to the US or regular bases to bring me a gallon of #902 soap and a bottle of #501 (cost=$35.00),I just used this soap with my foam cannon and it was much better than I expected ,I only used an ounce of it and it foamed like 3 oz of other soaps so if I put the usual amount of 4 oz or 4.5 I think it's going to be a waste but will get a much thicker foam.
I should also mention that Al was right on about this soap being very gentle on the LSP,it did not IMO remove the max wax I had on from a week ago.
    so far I have #105 ,#601 ,#501 , #902 ,#921 and #951.
I would like very much to try the #253 Rubber mat dressing ,#521 detail spray.
    DG rocks big time.:mounty:

1 ounce to 2.5 gallon of water seems enough for weekly washes, very economical.
Try 521, the marine version of 921...much better.

thanks for clarifying that Al... I mentioned before that it was prewax cleaner.. I really thought it was cause of its cleaning ability. I guess its like a AIO right...Sorry for misleading some people.... :sorry: anyhow...still didnt get to order some of my stuff.. i spent so much money on other things.. geesh

I remember it said its alkaline free and wont strip protection. When I used it, it felt pretty gentle on my hands. I have sensitive skin. How much soap u use per gal of water?

The Marine soap is a bit stronger cleaner..but less sudzy..but suds means nothing to me...look at ONR..no suds but cleans...its the chemical make up of the soap with surfactants and surfactants that entrap the dirt particles that counts...

    Also I use 1- 1 1/2oz's per 2 1/2 gallons of water...thats a safe slick wash

I think Al's getting a kickback from the those boys running DG! They're probably wondering where the heck all this extra action is coming from.
