detailingcoach.com anyone use this or talk to them? I was on autopia and pm'ed repra-brise (Yvan) about some business help and his reply was kinda, salesmanish? Im not making any assumptions but just getting a feeler. thanks
This is my first time hearing of Yvan and/or detailingcoach.com. I visited the web page and was not impressed; there were blatant grammatical errors on the home page and I was unable to identify a specific product or service this business is intending to market. Not saying Yvan and/or his business are not legit; this is simply my opinion.
I have been reading his posts on autopia and he seems extremely business saavy. He is obviously a production detail business owner. But the cheapness of the site makes me wonder? we'll see... thanks for the input!
I would agree with all points here. Seeing his posts on Autopia, it's hard for me to grasp that he do a full wash/clay/AIO/wax in an hour (if I'm remembering correctly). He does have some good input, but his processes seem way to fast to be of high quality. When I asked about his process, he said I'd have to pay for his training or buy a franchise. Again, he's got some good input, but something about the things he says just doesn't add up.
I am not going to down play the perfection that WE love as detailers but can you make a better hamburger than McDonalds? of course, but there is far more to it than that. Some people are happy with being self employed and owning there own job. But I dont consider it a business. A business is a system that runs itself. Do you think Troy Aikman has to be at his dealerships for everything to run smoothly?
