The PPF was on there for 12 years. From the looks of the car it was not taken care of at all.
Once steamed I would say 30-45 seconds of work time. The paint was okay under there but up close you can see the imprint that all that cracked clear film made on the hood.

So 20 hours on the clear film removal and about 15 hours on the rest of the car including prep, paint correction, interior, engine.

Out of curiosity, what did you charge the customer for just the film removal?

Phil - Was there a reason you didnt use a heatgun to heat the 3m PPF and then go at it with a plastic razor blade?

 

yes sure thing we used it and it had no effect on the film. It still came out in small pieces. The razor blade was much much faster.

Can't imagine the time and patience that correction took. Amazing job, Phil!

 

My god man. That was horrible. I'm with Rasky1 not sure if I would have had the patience for it.
