Phil gets it. And he is a pleasure to deal with AG and the rest are not bad but in comparison to Detailers,Domain the pale in comparison, ship time, answering email and helping you understand who to use what you have purchased. I buy all I can from Phil because of the above. Big fan of excellent service and quick shipping.

Exactly man. They are like the walmart of the detailing world. Do that have a TON of stuff YES and there is good info on the forum. but they are all about making money. Thats why you cant even MENTION something that they dont sell on their forum or another company. Its AG or nothing over there. You cant even trade/sell products, ridiculous.

Ive only tried 1 product that was AG brand. Got Wolfgang Fuzion on Black friday sale. Tried it and was disappointed. Sold it....for a profit lol. The fact that you HAVE to buy 2 pots is ridiculous as well.

I literally get all my stuff from Phil and Autoality. Unless they dont carry them which is RARE. Another plus with Phil is if you have a question, you are getting a response/answer/opinion of a professional detailer that is very good at what he does.

DD unquestionably has great customer service, IME if orders are placed too late to go out the same day they always go out the next day. My experience with AG has been much more mixed in this regard. DD customer communication is also first class.
Phil also enjoys a huge geographic advantage for those of us in the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic States or the Midwest. Not only do products arrive more quickly because of fewer days in transit but they are also less likely to to be cooking in really high temperatures while in transit.
I also really appreciate the freedom that Phil grants to this site. He allows free discussion of products other than those he sells and while he does put up his work he isn't constantly pimping his products here, unlike some other sites with commercial ties. The freedom to trade or do private sales (for as nominal fee) here is another huge plus.
Detailers Domain and Autoality together account for about 80% of my business with the remaining 20% spread among ADS, AG, PakShak, MFT, DI and suppliers in Europe.
