Basically an excuse to play with my new toy - a Fuji FinePix 5700. Took a trip up to our little holiday hut/caravan at Lunan Bay today with Diane, a set off on a cwalk along the cliff to the Red Head (one of the highest cliffs up the east coast) a few miles away. Was a lovely day (have a sun burned neck ), little light sea haar making for some atmospheric pics so decided to share : First of all, view from our little caravan (static) porch... Right next to the beach, cannot get any better IMHO. No electricity, no running water, no phone reception - bliss Off up the path, a little pic of the little settlement known as Corbie Knowe where we have our holiday hut... About half a mile along, the path descends into the little village of Ethie - this has electricity and mains water (show offs! :lol::lol, but well off the beaten track and idyllic escape from the rat race... Lovely day for a sail or boat trip (note the sheep grazing the cliff edge, they run up and down the cliffs near here...) Its a safe cliff path, but this wall is what keeps you from going near the edge... The Red Head in the distance... One of the little beaches en route... Little pond... On the way back, tried out the zoom function, caught my dad hard at work next to our hut getting rid of some long grass... And the Corbie burn... Lovely wee place to escape from the rat race too and just chill out for a day... or in my case, chill out for a week in the summer as I loike to dissappear off the face of the planet now and again and relax away from modern civilisation Enjoy the pics :thumb:
