CG Green Clean & Grime Reaper

Hi guys,


Anyone using CG green clean & Grime Reaper compared to APC megs?

Im considering to purchase all purpose cleaner, My opt APC run out soon. What do you think CG green & Grime Reaper? how abt compared to megs APC?

I've never used Green clean before, but I have used both Grime reaper and APC. In terms of pricing, I'd say you get much more APC/APC+ for the same price. I also feel they are better cleaners in general. I don't like grime reaper very much. It works as an APC, but there are things better than it in terms of how fast it cleans, how well it cleans, and how paint safe it is. If I recall correctly, grime reaper isn't paint safe. It also smells terrible and burns your skin if it so happens to touch you!

 

i use grime reaper, but just for tires and wheel wells. I dont use APC that much anymore.

 

i've used green clean 2:1 vs opt power clean at 2:1, and I must say the opt PC cleaned much better.

 

any reviews pls ...

I got a 16oz bottle of green clean and i also have Majestic Solutions SGS. SGS is way more powerful. I was using the CG Green clean mixed in my foam cannon to strip LSP. Now that i have tropi-care citrus wash i no longer use the CG Green Clean at all.

 

I've had decent cleaning results with Grime Reaper at 5:1 but agree with the above: it smells terrible and is not paint safe. I also don't believe it is storage safe either as I recently had a mixed bottle leak and took off the paint from one of my Gladiator cabinet shelves. After experiencing it eat thru a plastic bottle and strip the paint, I think I'll leave the rest of my supply for wheel wells.

Don't have any experience with the other cleaners at this point.
