Got this towel from a trade with Heath. I got to try it out today and i was pretty amazed. I wasn't expecting it to be as absorbent as it was, but i was able to do the whole car with the one towel. I think i now prefer this towel over WW towels. It is very soft on the paint and usually with the WW by the time I'm almost done with the car I'm leaving a bit of water trails on the paint, but with this towel, no such problem. Great drying towel.

I have that same towel and it's nice haven't used it for a while but its good. Mostly I use it and go around the car again after a waffle weave towel and remove the last of the water.

Cool, how many do you end up using to dry the whole car?

so which side did you use to dry the car ? if im not wrong theres the short and long nap.

and do you pat or wipe dry ?

I used the long nap side. i usually just lay the towel on the paint and just lightly drag it, never had a problem inducing marring yet.

what about misting some qd while still wet ?
would you hold the ends and lightly drag it too ? or buff ?

I can't answer that, I've never QDed while drying, only after.
