To be honest the 3 times I have called someone has picked up, that was late at night around 10ish PM EST. I am sorry you have had such a issue with CG and getting in contact with them.

 

I tried so many times to reach them but most of it were No answer ...I called them from Indonesia, I also left the message on their voice record as well.

to be honest, I thought that could done the transaction by order online and provide my full address via email ... it supposed more than enough ... in fact, its not happen on CG though .. or Im on such a bad luck then?

I wont complain to pay in advanced bcoz its online transaction. But, I was not happy the way they treat the customer with no response at all. I just pay my the credit card bill (including the bill from CG) today. Until now, I still hv no clue where is my order?

I email Ranny (pakshak), autogeek etc ... they will response immediately if on the morning time ... otherwise they will reply on the very morning next day ...

This is my first time to order from CG, It would be my last as well. Fingercrossed, wish that some1 from CG will contact me soon. Such a bad luck ...
