Just wondering. I am about to apply it to my GTI, which is mostly swirl-free. My main intention of using it is to prevent damage to the paint while I'm at college...I parked there two days this weekend and my car was COVERED in tree sap already so I know I need something like Opti-Coat to protect my paint. But at some point, if I ever want to remove it...is it possible? Can it be polished off?

yes you can compound/polish it off, but I have to say you still have to take care of the car and remove the sap asap.

OK that's what I thought. And yeah I'll make sure to get the sap off of it as soon as I can while I'm there...I know a few people who live around Georgetown so if I need to borrow a driveway to wash it for a bit I'm sure that could be arranged ;)

and some nice thick knap MF towels.

Just curious how aggressive do you think the polish needs to be.

    M205 ??
    106FF ??
    203PF ??
    SIP ??
    M105 obviously should work
