    Hey all!

Just wanted to show some appreciation for Meguiar's. I've been using the DA MF correction system from them recently that I ordered from Phil.

Recently I bought some 6" cutting pads from DD. After using them, I tossed them in the washing machine and one of the 6" pads started separating from the foam backing.

I emailed Megs on their website, explained what happened, and got a response the next morning. They thanked me for using their products and apoligized for what happened. They told me they will send out new pads and should expect them in 7-10 days.

5 days later, I got a box with brand new 6" cutting and finishing pads!!!

I just wanted to share what happened and say THANK YOU to Meguiar's!!!

So, how are you supposed to wash these pads, if they come apart in the washer? By hand?

They are machine washable. It's just that one of mine came apart.

I've thrown my 5" pads in there at least 8 times now and they are still looking pretty fresh

Those kind of actions always make me feel comfortable on purchasing a product from them let alone that their products work great.

My gallon of M105 recently separated into a watery milky mix. I called them and they said to send them the label off the bottle with a brief explanation of what happened. I received a new gallon of M105 a few days later. Way to go Megs!
