I have run a few SRT8's. No competition. I put about 30 cars on one up to 150, he didn't want to go again.

 

Comparison between "Fascino 68%" vs "Chemical Guys 5050"

As you can see, CG5050 is a few shades darker than Fascino, as CG5050 is an actual Ivory Carnauba, not a Pure White like Fascino is.

To respond to further allegations, Fascino 68% was recently tested at an independant lab, to verify it's actual Carnauba content %'s. It also was compared vs other brands that it was accused of being.

No similarities were found between Pure Concours Fascino and any of the above compounds. Due to Pure Concours containing a Butanol, Metallic Sodium content, which are key ingredients in refining a white carnauba. None of the above waxes were found to contain Butanol, or Metallic sodium, due to them being Pure Bleached Ivories, or natural #1 Yellows.

In further, this breakdown document will not be made available to public due to it being as considered evidence in any possible court cases against those with the possibility of being subpeona'd for Libel. The suspected individuals were given a fair notification to reverse their statements, or other actions may follow.

How about your degree from Carnegie Mellon? Couldn't the people you're suing for libel sue you right back for falsifying credentials?

 

Playing Devil's advocate (not admitting to your claim). There are no laws of falsifying credentials, and an individuals background education is not linked with the product.

What you're looking for is false advertisement, which is not the case, as my background credentials have nothing to do with the product's quality.

My products were advertised by what they do, what they were made out of. They worked as advertised, and were made with the ingredients that were stated.


Edit: Playing more into devil's advocate. You lie on your application to get a job. Company finds out, they have no legal rescourse, other than to just terminate employment.

 

How does this sound? Take a picture of you working with all your equipment, carrying with a sign saying detailingbliss. Why would you want to do this? So you can clear your name. IMO you owe it to your customers. Look at Pirex. I think he feels like he get screwed. He PAID you for your product. I think that if he paid $225 for your wax you can take a picture with your equipment. I am not going to take side until I see some proof. You must admit that just writing something on the internet about how a lab tested it, does not really prove anything. Other people have shown their "evidence" against you. Do you think that you could just attempt to clear your name here? I think that there is sometihng to be said for customer service and care. One picture. Hell if you need it, I will ship you a camera. Doing such a thing would clear your name throughout the internet, and as a retailer, this is a pretty big thing. If you truly believe you product is superior to CG's or Jax Wax's I will buy a sample off of you and check see if it makes a difference under a gloss meter.

 

I have cleared my name, I have nothing to prove to people on the internet, those who have done what they have done will be subpeona'd. The US Court System is greater than those who have half an opinion on the internet

 

The sad thing is that your credibility at this point is shot to hell. If I were you, I'd be fighting to clear my name but it just seems like you don't care that much. Posting a picture of your wax next to CG's 50/50 isn't going to fix anything.

I am agreeing with Sneek: post up some pics of your lab equipment and some other evidence that indeed your wax is one of a kind.

Well people on the internet are potential customers. Even if it is your wax, if this is how you treat customers, I'd never buy from you.

 

MY credibility is fine, and my credentials are what was stated. The wax has to come from somewhere, and I have all of the evidence in the world to prove it's not a relable.

 

then post them and clear your name and credibility. post a pic of the lab where it is made.
post your independent lab findings, something that proves it.

Jay, how come people who know you personally keep telling me that when they have gone to your home (rental) that you have no equipment or anything there that resembles a "lab" like you claim you have at your home?
