ATTN: High end wax owners

does it ever cost what they sell it for? nope otherwise you dont make a profit.

This is a response I never understood... people ask wha it costs to make who care.. do you ask what your big mac costs? do you ask what other waxes cost to make?

I understand what you trying to say, that its an overpriced product, but thats on the assumption you use only one tub.

there are lots od pros and lots of cons.. the list for both is endless.....its about deciding if its right for you

 

Zymol and Zaino offer two different things in the end anyways. If you are looking for an extremely good sealant that looks better than any other(personal opinion) then Zaino is amazing. If you are looking for an extremely high end nuba, then vintage is an awesome product. Especially if you use enough product to take advantage of the refills

you can cal it defending if you want, however many people are attacting. i am simply stating that there is an ufair comparision.. at the end of the day i dont care if you like a product, thinkg its worth it, or buy it. thats up to you, its your money.
I just get sicks of people makeing unfair statments about any product regardless of if I like it or not.

if you are going to be objective then be obective, but offer the samer peramiters for similar products

to tell the truth technically if you get enough refills the price goes down to almost the 70 bucks shipping. now that prob will never happen in your life but the price per tub consistently goes down and the horizontal tangent of that cost equation will be the price of shipping. now tell me a wax that is anywhere near as good for even in the 100-200- range which after a few refills the price gets close too per tub.

if i had the money id buy vintage because it is a great product that is truly an investment because at the moment and for the foreseeable future he wont have to buy any other wax.

now all you guys stop fighting about high end waxes. it is like buying a trim package one an already nice car, its not like you need the extra stuff but if you can get it you do. it could possibly make the car a little better in the buyers eyes, but to some it doesn't make a difference while to others it does. the price to output worth is all a matter opinion weather it is worth it or not.

and i repeat stop arguing about something you probably don't even know about because those that typically hate on high end waxes are the ones who have never tried them.

 

I understand where you are coming from. No matter how much it costs the company to make the product, if in *your* eyes it produces a look worth $1800 than it is all that matters. Some people will pay that amount just to see their finish taken to the next level. Hell, if I had the money I would definitely invest in some higher end waxes.

What the OP was saying is that the reason Vintage costs $1800 is because of the exotic ingredients, which is simply not true. The glass tub it comes in probably costs more than the wax itself.

Well, in my point of view, purchasing a high end wax, could be expensive at the first bill..but u will have reward later , by using the product longer..

If you purchase Swissvax Onxy....it can cost you 60-75 for an tube, but you can use it for 10 times or more in a single tube .which is 6.00 per use(wax only!) and you will onky need to maintain the paint condition, by using Car bath, and Quick Finish Detailing Spary. for after three to five months..you might need to re-apply the wax again .

I dont quite understand, what im wondering about is the you use it less often comment. this is not always the case, i have tried some higher end waxes that do not last as long as collinate,, which is substantualy cheaper....
