Yes, huge difference. Cockpit Premium is silicone-free and water-based. No shine. Dust-resistant. Cockpit Lemon is a discontinued product in the US so you can't get it here anymore. It's petroleum-based and contains silicone for a low-shine finish. However, it is a non-oily type finish. You can touch it and the finish won't come on yur finger. It's dust-resistant. I have used its equivalent Cockpit Classic (different fragrance) when they had it years ago and I liked it a lot. I used it primarily to dress up hoses and the plastic engine cover in the engine area. Nice clean finish. Now I just use their 1Z Vinyl Rubber Care which is water-based and a similar finish. Just not aerosol. But lasts longer and more applications.
