Core Strength training & standing with one foot behind the other, not together while polishing will help tremendously.

I also agree. To much product being used. Don't dry buff...but if your useing the correct amount there will be little left to remove.

I too tried the 1Z glass polish. Worked ok. Smelled great,but i'll have to try it by machine before I recommend it to anyone.
I was told there polishing soaps are the same also. P21S & S100.
Megs 205, 3M ultrafine to name a couple. Always start with the least aggresive pad & polish needed to get the job done.
