What exactly is this list? DuPont Registry's best of the best detailers? What issue is this?

Newest issue. I don't think its a list of the "best detailers", as there are a few guys that should be on it. More like a list of very good detailers. Either way, kudos to the guys that made the list.Very cool indeed.

Congrats to those who made it. How was this list put together? I feel like there are a lot of good detailers who may have gotten missed, especially considering how small the list is. Just my .02

Congrats to all. My guess of the short list are those that participated in detailing cars at Pebble or other concours.

It was not a list compliled by anyone, John @ metropolitan had a contact at the publication and asked who might want to participate in the ads as they are not cheap, so as for a list it is not that but a group of correction detailers who wanted to be part of the campaign and had all the credentials ie: Biz license/insurance/website established clientale etc....

I knew some people would think it was a political or popularity contest, but it is not that at all (fyi).

No kidding about ad rates. I'm sure their full-pg ad rates are in the multiple thousands per insert.

Gents..................it was not a list, but a group of services who wanted to expand their profile in advertising, Todd is working for Autogeek now and details sometimes here and there but if there was a list he would be at the top of it for sure.

I misunderstood, thank you for the clarification. AG may not have even let him pursue that if he tried LOL

Considering the magazine is like $10 an issue, I shutter at how much it would cost to advertise there.

Although I do enjoy the "women seeking rich men" advertisements
