T-dawg Detailed: 1988 Porsche 930

    Detailed this car quite a few weeks ago. Owner had contacted me regarding getting his Porsche back to shape for the summer months. The car had been resprayed just under a year ago, but the paint was already showing signs of swirling and some deep RIDs, overspray from the paintjob, as well as some hologramming which I believed was inflicted by polishing right from the bodyshop. We decided that a single stage polish would only mildly enhance the finish, so decided upon a double stage polish to remove majority of the defects. Needless to say, the owner left happy!

    This is not an extensive writeup, and there are only a few pictures as I was pretty short on time. Thought I'd just share with you guys a few before/after pics, as well as some finished ones since many people seem to love this bodystyle. At least I know I do!

    It's aircooled Porsche overload on DB. Awesome paint correction, that car looks so glossy and deep! That looks like an interesting car between the roll bar and the wheels, must be a really fun ride.
