I just noticed some mild/intermediate water spots as I was washing my car for the first time in maybe three weeks (didn't have the time ) What is the best and least aggressive way of removing them? It's a silver (warm silverish color in my avatar) car so it's not really noticeable unless you put some lights on it. I did a full correction earlier in the year and would just like to get it looking like that again. I am thinking maybe Menzerna super finish on a black pad?
Anyone? My brother tore up his car in my garage so there's engines and parts everywhere. I had to park my car on the driveway for the past month or so. Every morning there's lots of water on the entire car from fluctuating temperatures at night. This water stays on the car all night for many hours and this is why I am getting water spots. I never had to deal with this before because I had the car parked in the garage always. What's the best way of removing these spots?
So they didn't come off when you washed I take it? You can get a water spot remover through MarkV, but it might be a better idea to polish with SF or 85rd and then top up with power lock or some other strong sealant. What do you have for lsp on the car now and when did you apply it?
as other have said vinegar does a good job, do a 50/50 dilution with water and try that first. If they don't come off super finish should do the job.
