pretty much everything but paint correction.

I wish I was older. I'm local and would love a summer job.

 

I'm not severely tied to my location, although I do have a mortgage, and would need to sell the house. I've always wanted to move closer to one of the coasts. But I don't imagine 2500 sq ft of home and 8 acres of land goes for the same price there as it does here. Also don't know how cost of living compares there to here, so don't know what "good" pay would be.
